Callie Marie Benham Agan, 83, of Mulberry died Saturday, Feb. 21, 2004, in Fort Smith. She was a member of Mulberry United Methodist Church, Eastern Star Remy No. 260 of Mulberry, where she was former Worthy Matron and District Deputy Grand Lecturer. She was a graduate of Northeastern State College at Tahlequah, Okla., and had master's degree from the University of Arkansas. She taught at Northeastern State and at Mulberry, Fort Smith and Bakersfield, Calif. public schools. She was the widow of Joseph R. Agan.
Funeral was 2 p.m. Tuesday at Mulberry Methodist Church with burial at New Cemetery in Mulberry under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Alma.
She is survived by a brother, A.G. Benham of Mulberry.
Pallbearers were Roger Benham, J.P. Benham, Larry Smithers, Doug Wilkins, John Benham, Neal Benham and Robert Gregory.
Honorary pallbearers were members of Mulberry Remy No. 260 Eastern Star chapter.
