SUDDEN DEATH. - R. C. Neill, of North Strabane township died very suddenly on Monday forenoon last, at about ten o'clock. The circumstances are about as follows: Previous to Monday morning he had been in his usual health. He was at Canonsburg on Saturday and church on Sunday. On Monday morning he was about as usual, as assisted his son Samuel, who had been visiting his parents, to hitch up his team. After his son had gone, he sat down at the barn to eat an apple, and feeling a pain in his stomach he went to the house and stated that he felt unwell. His wife gave him some remedy had had been accustomed to take, and he at once assumed a reclining position on a settee. After a few minutes, not responding to questions, his daughter went to him and found that he was dead. The cause of his death is believed to have been either heart disease or apoplexy.
