Charles F. Boss, 41, of 14 Ekmon St, Worcester, a former Ware resident, died suddenly, Tuesday, while at work at the Wyman-Gordon plant in Worcester. A native of Springfield, he resided in Ware until moving to Worcester 17 years ago.
Mr. Boss was a graduate of Ware High School and was employed by the Hampshire Woolen Co. for many years. A well known singer, he waw a member of the East Congregational Church Choir, the Springfield Choir, the Luuvas Choir of Worcester and the Quinsigamond Methodist Church Choir of Worcester.
He leaves a daughter, Janet of Worcester, his father Gilbert of Springfield, and five brothers: Gilbert of Ware, Ralph of San Francisco, Kenneth of San Diego, Everett of Seattle and Willard of Southwick.
Funeral services will be held at the Walker funeral home tomorrow, Friday at 2 pm, with the Rev. Edwin Alexander officiating. Burial, Aspen Grove.
