Karen A. Harris, of Lancaster, passed away at the age of 72 years 7 months and 13 days on Wednesday, August 12, 2015, at Orchard Manor Nursing Home in Lancaster. Karen was born on December 30, 1942, to George and Dorothy (Dubel) Harris.
She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, babysitting, cleaning, riding her bike, sweets, and Diet Pepsi.
Karen is survived by:
…her step-mother,
……Donalean Harris of Bagley; and
…several nieces, other relatives, and friends.
She was preceded in death by:
…her parents,
……George Harris and
……Dorothy Harris, nee Dubel;
…two brothers,
……Terry Harris and
……Jack Harris; and
…her dear friend,
……Clara Mae Scott.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 15, 2015, at the Lancaster United Methodist Church, with Reverend Jean Schmidt officiating. Friends may call an hour prior to the service Saturday at the church.
Burial will be in Bagley Cemetery.
Memorials are preferred to the Lancaster United Methodist Church.
