He came to the United States at the age of 10. Mr. Bellwood was educated in Methuen, MA and attended Lowell Technical Institute. He worked in the textile industry in Lawrence, MA and Oxford, retiring from Robinson Manufacturing in 1973. He was a 32nd degree mason belonging to #18 Oxford Lodge and the Kora Temple Shrine. Besides being a devoted husband, he was a talented artist, who worked with oils and wood. He also enjoyed gardening and carpentry. Mr. Bellwood is survived by his wife of 66 years, Florence (Riley) Bellwood; his son Arthur and his wife Ann of Oxford; four grandsons James, John, Jeffrey, and Joseph Bellwood; seven great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother Stanley of Metheun, MA.
