Hazel Menard was born to Odias and Alzire Menard on August 30, 1921. She married Stephen Edward Falcon. They had one son, Robert Stephen Falcon, "Bobby". Hazel and Steve owned and operated Falcon Flooring Co. in Houston, Texas for many years and were very successful. Hazel enjoyed painting ceramics, sewing, cooking and hosting get-togethers for friends and family. She and Steve were members of the Houston Honeys, a square dancing group. Her son Bobby was the light of her life. She was especially close to her sisters Lucille and Marie. Hazel was especially fond of teacup Chihuahuas and was "mother" to several in her lifetime. She was full of fun and always on the go. Hazel was loved and will be missed by those who knew her.
