Leonard Richard Simpson, 86, of 206 W. Lee Road, died Jan. 27, 1993..
He was a graduate of Furman University and retired from Judson Mills. He was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church and a U.S. Army veteran of World War II.
Surviving are his wife, Lillie Mae Vaughan Simpson of the home.
Services: 11 a.m. Friday at the Mackey Mortuary. Entombment will be at Woodlawn Memorial Park Mausoleum.
The family is at the residence.
