Leonard Brake

Services for Leonard Albert Brake, 45, of 1227 Louisville Highway, Goodlettsville, will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Cole and Garrett Funeral Home.
Burial will be in National Cemetery.
Brake died Wednesday in Veterans Hospital after a heart attack.
He was a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors Include his widow, Mrs. Lena Mae Willoughby Brake; four sons, Leonard P., John W., Robert E. and Larry L. Brake; a daughter, Carolyn Marie Brake, all of Goodlettsville; two brothers, Lexie, Nashville, and Homer Brake, Los Angeles; a sister, Mrs Joe Walker, Los Angeles; a half-brother, Will Brake, Indianapolis; a half-sister, Mrs. George Blackburn, Indianapolis, and one grandchild.
