She was born in Portland Feb. 2, 1915, and was a member of numerous clubs and associations. She was a past president of the Oregon Republican Women’s Federation and active for many years in the League of Women Voters. She was a member of University Club, Town Club, Portland Garden Club, Junior League of Portland and Trinity Episcopal Church.
Survivors include three sons, Charles H. Martin of Portland, John L. Martin of Washington, D.C., and Thomas H. Martin of Fayetteville, N.C.; a daughter, Margaret Martin of San Francisco; and seven grandchildren.
Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Trinity Episcopal Church, with private interment in Riverview cemetery.
