GRAND LAKE STREAM - Frank Richard Bagley, 58, passed away Monday, April 18, 2011, at his home, with his loving mother and lifelong friend, Linda Bailey, along with family and friends by his side. Frank was born Feb. 16, 1953, son of Llewellyn and Beatrice (Bailey) Bagley of Grand Lake Stream. He attended elementary school at Grand Lake Stream and graduated from Woodland High School in 1972. Frank enjoyed the outdoors and was active in many things including golfing and fishing. Frank also enjoyed carpentry work and his car business, where he met many wonderful people along the way. For many years Frank lived and worked at Grand Lake Stream while taking care of his mother. Frank will be missed by his mother, Beatrice; and many relatives and special friends including Chris Wheaten, who he grew up with. Frank also held a special spot for his cat, Anne.
