His parents Frank F Crook and Helen Elizabeth Thomas, Summit Co Ohio. Shirley and S F Crook had 4 children, daughter, Rita married Garrett, 3 sons, Michael Allen who married Kimberly A Lillie, Patrick married Faye and Kevin. At some point in time Shirley and Sylvester F divorced , Sylvester married Mary Lou Hayes, 10 May 1969 in Harvard, Illinois and Shirley Ann later married Robert W Cornell.
