Captain Lord Aubrey Beauclerk, RN, was the youngest son of Charles, 1st Duke of St. Albans (illegitimate son of Charles II and Nell Gwynne) and Diana de Vere. He was killed commanding the Prince Frederick on Admiral Vernon's expedition to Cartagena. Both his legs were shot off during the bombardment of Boca-Chica.
