He was born in Centre, AL to Robert and Bessie Tucker.
He retired from the United States Army where he served in the Korean Conflict. R.G owned and operated a Chervon Station in Titusville. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was a member of Truth Free Will Baptist Church in Titusville.
R.G. is survived by his children Cynthia Danque (David), Kathey Swank (Ron), Wendell “Dale” Tucker (Wanda), Tom Tucker (Elaine), 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren, sister Wilma Maroney and Anna Bell his dog.
He was proceeded in death by his loving wife Florine and grandson SSG Chad Tucker.
The funeral services will be 11 am Friday at North Brevard Funeral Home with a visitation an hour prior. Burial will follow at Brevard Memorial Park with Military Honors.
