Catharine -- William Walters, 71, died Wednesday at St. Anthony Hospital. He was a veteran of World War II.
Walters is survived by a sister, Cecilia Walter, Catharine.
The funeral is scheduled for 10 a.m. Friday at St. Catherine’s Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The American Legion will hold military graveside services. A parish wake service will be held at 8 p.m. Thursday at Brock’s North Hill Chapel in Hays. Friends may call from 7 p.m. Wednesday until time of the service at the chapel.
