Cedella Alexander Dansby was the daughter of George Washington Alexander and Mary Graham Alexander Elder. Cedella married Mozelle Sanford Dansby II in 1938. Together with Mozelle, Cedella had the following children, Mary, Thelma Louise, Mozelle Sanford Jr.,Barbara Quanita, Charles Handley, and Rudolph.
