She was born on April 27, 1922 in the home of her parents, Adolph Bading and Mary Reininger Bading. She was preceded in death by six siblings, Robert Bading, Genevieve Moeller, Harold Bading, Clarence Bading, Helen Pittman and Charles Rennie Bading. Lucille is survived by her sisters-in-law, Theo Bading of New Braunfels and Kay Bading of San Antonio; twenty- one nieces and nephews; thirty-one great nieces and nephews and seven great great nieces and nephews.
Lucille was born and raised in New Braunfels, Texas and moved to Houston, Texas to work as a telephone operator for Southwestern Bell. After thirty-six years, she retired and later returned to her hometown of New Braunfels to enjoy her family.
