Mrs. Mary C. Bluhm
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. tomorrow at Parrott and Wood Funeral Home for Mrs. Mary C. Bluhm, 92 of Friendship Village who died there at 12:30 a.m. yesterday of complications of advanced age.
The Rev. Wayne C. Overholser, pastor of First Presbyterian Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Fairview cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after noon today.
She was born Nov. 20, 1877, in Germany, the daughter of William and Julia Koptke, and came to the United States in 1880. She was married to Fred C. Bluhm at Charles City, Sept. 7, 1897, and they lived at Oelwein before moving to Waterloo in 1903. She attended the Presbyterian church.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Eugene Kliebenstein of 1922 Kingsley Blvd., and Mrs. Richard Rosskamm of 425 Allen St., one grandson, two great-grandchildren, two sisters, Miss Lena Koptke and Mrs. Carrie Staples, both of Eureka Springs, Ark., and one brother, John Koptke of Earlsboro, Okla.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one sister and one brother.
