Edson, 92, of Betsinger Road, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 19, 2015 at the Oneida Healthcare Extended Care Facility.She was born May 3, 1923 in Earlville, N.Y., one of seven daughters of Ernest and Nellie Gray Collins and was a graduate of Earlville High School. On Dec. 12, 1942, Lillian married Blaine H. Edson in Madison, N.Y. He predeceased her on Feb. 9, 2001. Lillian was a homemaker. She was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Oneida.Surviving is a sister, Genevieve Fisher of Earlville; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her sisters, Hazel Anderson, Helen Scott, Evelyn Foster, Marion Fay and Eleanor Johnson.A celebration of Lillian's life will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 430 N. Willow St., Oneida, N.Y. on Monday, Aug. 31, 2015 at 7 p.m.Arrangements by Burgess & Tedesco Funeral Home, 3 Preston St., Earlville, N.Y.
