'PIONEER OF BIG HOLE PASSES AWAY
Mrs. Florence Woodworth, 97, widow of the late George Woodworth, passed away Friday at her home in Long Beach, Calif., following an extended illness. The Woodworths were early day pioneer ranchers of the Big Hole basin, owning extensive land interests. They retired and moved to California, Mr. Woodworth passing away in the 'twenties. Mrs. Woodworth is survived by a son, George Jr., of Long Beach, five grandchildren, including Frank Hazelbaker of Dillon and 10 great grandchildren. The funeral was held today at Long Beach where interment was made.'

Florence lived her last years with her son, George E. Woodworth Jr. She passed away at the Goodrich Sanitarium in Long Beach, California.
