ORANGE SPRINGS - Richard A. Baird, 86, a retired security installer for Honeywell Corp., died Tuesday, July 11, 2006, at Munroe Regional Medical Center in Ocala.
A native of Pittsburgh, he moved here from Fort Lauderdale in 1986. Mr. Baird was a member of Orange Springs Community Church.
Survivors include his wife of 23 years, Robbie Baird, Orange Springs; son Peter Baird, Orange Springs; stepdaughter, Madonna McCollough, Harrison, Ark.; stepsons, Paul D. Crump, Fort Lauderdale, David Crump, Palm City, and Donald Crump, Live Oak; sister, Marjorie Brooke, Lakeland; brother, Donald Baird, Pittsburgh; 13 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by son, Richard Baird Jr.
