John T. "Mutt" Ellington, 75, died Friday, Oct. 15, 1999, at Silas Creek Manor Nursing Center.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 17, 1999, at Fair Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Mt. Hermon Baptist Church Cemetery.
He was a native of Rockingham County, a member of Mt. Herman Baptist Church and a WWII Army Veteran, P.O.W.
He was retired from American Tobacco as well as a tobacco farmer.
