David Sherrill Warfield, age 78, of Lexington, Kentucky, died Tuesday, September 1, 2015 at the UK Markey Cancer Center.
He was born to the late Owen and Dora Bastin Warfield and was a U.S. Army Veteran.
Mr. Warfield is survived by two sisters, Meriam Gaunce of Lexington, and Margaret Winter of Scottsburg, Indiana.
Burial will be in Lawrenceburg Cemetery, Lawrenceburg, Kentucky.
