She was the wife of the late Horace Williams and the late William Longley Leopold.
She was the mother of The Rev. Dr. Virginia Leopold, William (Maryellen) Leopold, Joan Leopold and her husband, John Barkus, and the late Barbara Leopold Ryan. She is also survived by Barbara Detwiler; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Margellen loved gardening, sewing, cooking, travel, and Harvey Cedars, N.J. where the family spent many wonderful summers. She adored her grandchildren!
A Memorial service will be held 1:30 p.m., Saturday, at the Chapel of the Evergreens, 309 Bridgeboro Road, Moorestown, NJ 08057. A private interment will be in Ivy Hill Cemetery, Philadelphia, Pa.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Protestant Community Church, 100 Stokes Rd., Medford Lakes, NJ 08055.
