Hazel Frances Farris, 87, went home to be with the Lord after a long illness. She was born November 9, 1927 in Hartford, Missouri to Joseph Franklin Swopes and Cynthia Emma Carter. She was a member of the Church of Christ at Riverside.
She was preceded in death by her parents; five brothers and three sisters.
Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. with the family present from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. Wednesday, September 9, 2015 in Sawyer-George Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 A.M. Thursday, September 10, 2015 in Sawyer-George Funeral Home Chapel with Matthew Gibson officiating. Burial will follow in Robstown Memorial Park.
