Mrs. W. J. Byrnes Called by Death
Mrs. Lou Ethel Byrnes, 68, resident of Twin Falls for the past six years, succumbed at her home, 1515 Kimberly road, at 7:30 p.m. Saturday.
She was born Feb 7, 1878 at Peroia, Ill She moved to Twin Falls from Nebraska. Mrs. Byrnes was a member of the St. Edward's Catholic church.
Besides her husband, William J. Byrnes, she is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Amanda Hasting, Grandview, Wash.; Mrs. Eva Kershaw, Silver Creek, Neb.; Mrs. Emma Sharpe, Swan valley, Ida.; two step-daughters, Mrs. Marie Studley, Buhl; Mrs. Cecilia Meltenbrink, Kearney, Neb.; 12 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Five brothers also survive. They are Frank Houck, Kingston, Ida.; Eiljah Houck, Elva, Okla.; Jacob Houck, Selber Houck, both of Smelterville, Ida.; Charles Houck, Kellogg.
