His brother,Private George William Thomas Davey also fell.He served with the Northamptonshire Regiment transferred to Labour Corps(240965) 436th Agricultural Coy.Service No: 47099 and died aged 25 on 6th November 1918. He was laid to rest at BOLNEY (ST. MARY MAGDALENE) CHURCHYARD and in the church there, both are commemorated on the war memorial.
