Dolores J. Louden (nee Loringer), age 85, of Wilmington, Delaware, beloved wife of Jack Louden, was called home on September 11, 2015. She was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the daughter of the late Charles and Elizabeth Loringer.
A devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Survived by her husband Jack of 64 years, her 8 children: Dolores Burke (Jack), John J. Louden (Lynne), Donald J. Louden (Marlene), William R. Louden (Bernadette), Theresa Benedetti (Gino), Timothy C. Louden, Joseph A. Louden (Ellen), Jennifer Jung (Jeff), 27 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. Dolores will be deeply missed by her sisters Jean McClintock and Mary Grady, her brother, Robert Loringer and her cousin, Cecilia Skalish. Predeceased by her brother Charles Loringer and her sister Ruth Abrams.
Family and friends may call on Tuesday, September 15, 2015, between 6pm and 8pm or on September 16, 2015, between 9am-9:50am, at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 4701 Weldin Road, Wilmington, Delaware 19803. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on September 16, 2015, at 10am at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church. Interment will follow at SS Peter & Paul Cemetery, Springfield, Pa. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish or St. Helena's Catholic Church at 602 Philadelphia, Pike, Wilmington, Delaware 19809.
