She was born December 7, 1913 in Lewisville to Charlie Moore and Eula Cross Moore. Tommye married Johnnie W. Alcoze who preceded her in death on December 17, 2000. She was a member of Our Lady of Lebanon Maronite Catholic Church in Lewisville. Tommye worked as a registered nurse.
She is survived by her sons, Johnnie Alcoze, Jr., Thomas Moore Alcoze and David W. Alcoze; seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
A service to celebrate Tommye's life will be held 3:30 p.m. Friday, March 18, 2016, at Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home in Lewisville. Interment will follow at Old Hall Cemetery in Lewisville. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. The family requests memorial contributions to be made to Our Lady of Lebanon Maronite Catholic Church in Lewisville.
