Mr. Emory M. Kinard, 83, of Aiken, SC, entered into rest September 14, 2015.
Mr. Kinard was a native of Islandton, South Carolina, a former resident of Hopkins, having made Aiken his recent home. He was a US Army Veteran and a graduate of the University of South Carolina Business School. Mr. Kinard retired from the State of South Carolina Division of Insurance Services as Controller.
Survivors include his wife of 43 years, Patricia B. Kinard; his children, Pamela K. Garnsey, Walterboro, Emory M. Kinard, Jr. and his wife, Suzanne, Aiken, Crendall D. Kinard and his wife, Kathy, Beech Island, Christopher E. Kinard and his wife, Carin, St. Matthews, David L. O’Nan and his wife, Sharon, Tampa, FL., and Jonathan P. O’Nan, Anderson; grandchildren, Brittany K. Vincent and her husband, James, Jamie N. Garnsey and his wife, Jill, Brian E. Kinard, Crendall D. Kinard, Jr., Karly R. Kinard, Camden M. Kinard, Charley M. Kinard, Campbell D. Kinard, Carsen E. Kinard, Matthew C. O’Nan and Nathan D. O’Nan; great grandchildren, Ansley K. Garnsey, Emily N. Vincent, Caitlyn E. Vincent and Michael V.
