George F. Kearns of 60 Maple St., Chicopee Falls, did suddenly this morning at his home. He was born here and educated in the local schools, graduating from Chicopee High School, class of 1931. He was employed as a tester at Westinghouse Electric Corp. Active in sports, Mr. Kearns was well-known in golfing circles throughout the area. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Grace C. (Richards) Kearns; a daughter, Judy; a son James; a sister Mrs. Otto Breitenfeld of Chicopee Falls; and a brother, Mathew of Kingston, R.I. The funeral will be held at the Frank C. Tylunas Funeral Home Wednesday at 8, with a solemn requiem high mass in St. Patarick's Church at 9. Burial will be in St. Patrick's Cemetery.
