Andrew, William Frank

William Frank Andrew, PE, age 86, passed away on July 25, 2015, in Satsuma, AL. Mr. Andrew was born in Manitowoc and a graduate of Lincoln High School. He was a WWII veteran of the United States Navy. He is also a Past Faithful Navigator with the Knights of Columbus and a member of the American Legion.

He is preceded in death by his wife of over 50 years, Carol Marie Brilliant Andrew; his loving parents, Edward and Evelyn Andrew and sister, Rita Johnson. Mr. Andrew is survived by his sons, Glenn (Marie) Andrew and Neil (Cynthia) Andrew; sister, Elizabeth Feltz; sisters-in-law, Priscilla Schroeder and Yvonne Brilliant; brother-in-law, Arthur Brilliant; and grandson, Stephen Andrew.

The funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, August 1, 2015, at 10 a.m. at St. Thomas The Apostle Catholic Church in Chickasaw, AL. A service and interment will be held at Calvary Cemetery in Manitowoc at a later date.
