Lavinia M. Auderer Clavin was one of nine children born to Frederick Auderer and his wife Anna Christina Henrica Krass.

Lavinia was united in married in approximately 1922 to Harry Thomas Clavin, Sr. Lavinia and Harry were blessed with the birth of a son during their 31 year marriage:

Harry Thomas Clavin, Jr.

Lavinia was left a widow at the age of 60 when her husband Harry passed away. She survived him by twenty years, passing away at the age of 80.
