Isaac B. Bills, 77, of Parkersburg, died Friday morning at the Clarksburg Veterans Hospital.
He was born in Belleville, son of the late W.J. And Mamie Kester Bills. He was a US Army veteran of World War II and retired carpenter.
He is survived by his wife, Norma Bills; two stepdaughters, Katherine Hartleben of Parkersburg and Gloria Lemon of Dallas, TX; three sisters, Hazel Gabbert and Lucille Vella, both of Williamstown, and Ruth Mills of Orlando, FL.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, John and Ralph Bills.
The funeral will be held at the convenience of the family at the Mount Olivet Cemetery.
