February 8, 1929 ~ September 17, 2015 (age 86) John D. Breeding Jr., 86, of Isom passed away Thursday, September 17, 2015 at the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, Kentucky. Junior was the son of the late John D. Sr. and Martha Ison Breeding. Surviving is his wife of 63 years: Josephine Blair Breeding; 3 children: Gregory (Tracie) Breeding of Wilmore, Rhonda (Dean) Hays of Isom, and Mark Breeding of Isom; 6 grandchildren: Henrietta (Tony) Hensley of Pert Creek, Casey Breeding of Pert Creek, Dustin (Kendra) Hays of Pine Top, Nicholas (Emily) Hays of Isom, Blake Breeding of Isom, and Morgan Blair Breeding of Wilmore; 5 great grandchildren: Zackary Hensley, Shelby Breeding-Short, KarLee Hensley, Gracie Hays, and Melody Hays. Junior was preceded in death by 6 brothers and 3 sisters. Funeral: 1:30 O'clock P.M. Sunday, September 20, 2015 at the Isom Presbyterian Church with Duane Beachey officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Saturday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Isom Cemetery at Isom, Kentucky.
