Mrs. Hettie Anderson
Funeral services for Mrs. Hettie Anderson, whose death occurred at 4:50 p.m. yesterday, will be at Linden M.E. church at 2 p.m. tomorrow, Rev. John Olson, officiating. Burial will be in Fairview.
Mrs. Anderson was born in Knox county, Ind., Aug. 19, 1857, and was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Ready. She was married to Albert Anderson, who preceded her in death 29 years. She had been a resident of Waterloo four years, residing at 247 Cottage Grove avenue. During her illness she has been cared for by a granddaughter, Mrs. Gladys Peiper, who resided with her.
Surviving are the following children: Mrs. Cora Flint, Clark Anderson, Roy Anderson, Waterloo; Claude and Clarence Anderson, Aurora, Ill.; Mrs. Myrtle Smith, St. Charles, Ill.; Albert Anderson, Detroit, Mich. Also 15 grandchildren survive.
The remains are at the Petersen Bros.’ mortuary, where they may be viewed prior to the funeral.
