Mary was a true pioneer woman. In 1790 she came to the Hamilton County, Ohio area by flat bottom boat and with her husband Enoch.
They made a home in the wilderness for their growing families. Life was not easy. Some of their friends and neighbors were killed by the Indians in many different attacks and encounters.
Mary and her family endured the pioneer hardships. She lived out her days with her family in Hamilton County.
