May 1, 1918 either transfer to the hospital or transferred to the infantry and injured . He was discharged on August 10, 1918, by Surgeon's Certificate of Disability, was reported 75% disabled on date of discharge, in view of occupation.

Prior military history, enlisted March 8, 1908 at Ft. Slocum, NY. Discharged, Dec. 13, 1908, at Ft. Sheridan, IL.
