Mrs. Olivia Stirrett Dies in Casper, Wyo.
Mrs. Olivia Stirrett, of Casper, Wyo., a former resident of Deadwood for many years and mother of County Justice C. T. Stirrett, died Saturday at the home of another son, Ernest Earl Stirrett, in Casper, Wyo., as the result of an illness of two months. Mrs. Stirrett suffered a stroke of paralysis early in March, and had been bedfast since then. Justice Stirrett paid her a visit in Casper in March, but he will be unable to return there for the funeral services because of ill health. Mrs. C. T. Stirrett is in Casper. Funeral services will be held in Casper, probably tomorrow afternoon. Mrs. Olivia Stirrett left Deadwood in 1922 and has made her home in Casper since that time.
