LEONARD (Spl.) - Arlie Brinkley, 53, died at 1 a.m. Friday, July 17, 1964 in Leonard from a heart attack he had suffered a few hours earlier.

He was born June 18, 1911 at Grandfield, Okla., the son of Reece Brinley and the late Loula Driggers Brinkley. He made his home with his father, Reece Brinkley of Leonard.

Survivors are his father of the home address; one son, Charles Arlie Brinkley
of Greenville; two daughters, Miss Evelyn Marie Brinkley and Miss Mary Lou Brinkley of Greenville; five sisters, Mrs. Helen Green of Leonard, Mrs. May Middleton of Lubbock, Mrs. Jack Morris, Tulia, Mrs. Lila Duncan of Lawton, Mrs. Opal Plummer, San Bernandino, Calif.; three brothers, J. L. Brinkley of Culp, Jewell Brinkley of Kress, Bill Brinkley of Fort Stewart, Ga.; and four grandchildren.

Funeral arrangements with Wilson Funeral Home were incomplete Friday.
