Richard Harold Dunkel, 54, of 158 N. Douglas Ave., died at 5:50 p.m. yesterday at the residence following a lengthy illness.
Mr. Dunkel was born May 25, 1902 in Morgan county, the son of Sam and Maude Dunkel.
He was married to Maxine Shaffer, July 29, 1925.
He was a member of Westminster Presbyterian church.
Surviving are his wife; two sons, Donald Kay, with the navy at Oakland, Calif., and Ronald Lee, of the city; his mother, Maude, also of the city; three sisters, Mrs. Lela Gabbert, Cantrall; Mrs. Monsolette Dodds, Coldwater, Mich.; Mrs. Ida Marie Esper, city; and one brother, Lester Lee, city.
