Harvey Ray "Red" Kelley, 80, of Bellaire died Monday, March 17, 2003. Born April 17, 1922, in Chicot County to the late Leslie Littleton and Cepa Ellis Kelley, he worked 38 years for Missouri-Pacific Railroad, retiring as a signalman. He was a Mason for 50 years at the McGehee Lodge, a member of Portland Eastern Star, former deacon at Westside Baptist Church in Little Rock and a member of Bellaire Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Beth Kersten Kelley; one daughter, Tena Bolin of Little Rock; one step-son, Danny Stevens of Perryville; one step-daughter, Sherry Sinclair of Little Rock; one brother, Floyd Kelley of Portland; one sister, Marguerite Groves of Warren; one grandchild, Reese Kelley Bolin of Little Rock; four step-grandchildren and seven step-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, March 19, at 2 p.m. at Bellaire Baptist Church with Rev. Ricky Burke and Rev. Jody Gannaway officiating. Burial was at Dermott Cemetery under the direction of Griffin Funeral Service of Dermott. Pallbearers were Jimmy Duncan, Ricky Golden, Carlton "Buddy" Lawrence, H.T. Cunningham, Ben Lawrence Jr. and Bill Kersten.

Memorials may be made to Bellaire Building Fund, 2596 Highway 65 North, Dermott, AR 71638.
