George W. Wildrick, 73, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Edna Thompson, 503 Market Street, Kingston, yesterday afternoon at 1 following a lengthy illness.
Funeral services will be held Monday afternoon at 2 from the Russell Davis Funeral Home, 365 Bennett Street, Luzerne. Rev. Charles Karsten, of St. Stephen's Episcopal Church, Wilkes-Barre, will officiate with interment in Evergreen cemetery, Shavertown.
Mr Wildrick is survived by eight daughters, Mrs. Bessie Carpenter, Forty Fort; Mrs. Mabel Keiper, Kingston; Mrs. Hazel Ferry and Mrs. Nettie Jenkins, Tunkhannock; Mrs. Thompson, with whom he resided; Mrs. Esther Stewart, Bunker Hill; Mrs. Arline Reese, Wilkes-Barre and Mrs. Minnie Smith, Trucksville; also one sister, Mrs. Fannie Trescott, Sweet Valley; 19 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 Sunday night.
