A US Army Veteran, he was a retired Cargill Superintendent and was currently employed with Enterprise. He was a resident of Brusly and a native of Auburn, Maine.
A graveside service will be held at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church Cemetery, Brusly on Friday, October 2, 2015 at 10:30am, conducted by Father Matt Lorrain.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Anita Richard Hutchinson; sisters, Avis Glidden, Hazel Pollard and Carolyn Hallowell; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Preceded by his father, Harry Hutchinson, Sr.; and mother, Meythl Hutchinson. He loved playing pickleball, enjoyed traveling to different states for tournaments and making many new friends.
