Emilie L. Crimmins, 95, of Binghamton went to be with the Lord peacefully on January 28, 2015 at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital. She is predeceased by her husband Edward J. Crimmins; parents J. Fred and Emilie; and sister Dot. She is survived by her children Ed Crimmins, Dan and Carol Crimmins and Kerry Crimmins; sister-in-law Anne Crimmins; God-daughter Ruthie (Bob) Bruns; as well as many friends and neighbors whom she loved dearly. Emilie loved sports; was an avid fan of the NY Yankees and Notre Dame Fighting Irish. Thank you to the staff at Lourdes Hospital Ross 1(1400's) and Seton 1 (1600's) for their compassionate loving care during Mom's brief stay. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, January 31st at 10am at St. Paul's Church in Binghamton. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 9-10am at the church. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Catholic Charities Food Pantry 232 Main St. Binghamton, NY 13905 or St. Paul's Refurbishing Fund, 15 Double Day St. Binghamton, NY 13901. Arrangements handled by the THOMAS J. SHEA FUNERAL HOME, INC.
