Mrs James (Hazel Lindhorst Dean) Johnson, 84, of Cyprus, CA, formerly of Pana, died 8:20 a.m. Tuesday in Anaheim Community Hospital, Anaheim, CA.
Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Saturday in Linwood Cemetery, Pana. Visitation will be 5 to 9 p.m. Friday at McCracken Funeral Home, Pana.
Mrs Johnson was born in Fayette County, daughter of August and Sarah Lindhorst. She married James Johnson.
Surviving are her husband; daughters, Mrs Ann May of Cyprus, CA; Mrs Josephine Koonce of Pana; Mrs Mae Denton of Dallas, TX; Mrs Betty Edwards of Dallas, TX; son, Paul R Dean of Cyprus, CA; Fred and Frank Dean of Pana; brother Fred Lindhorst of Pana.
