CIMARRON,KANSAS---Audrey E. Bates-Harrison,97,died Saturday,August 8,2015 at the Shepherd's Center, Cimarron,Ks.

She was born December 9,1917 at Hoxie,Kansas,the daughter of Charles and Orpha Emma (Davidson)Whitmarsh. She was a homemaker.

She was a member of the First Christian Church, Cimarron,Ks.

She married George Bates in Calhan,Colorado.He preceded her in death in 1950. In 1951, she married Percy Harrison at Colorado Springs, Colo. He preceded her in death in 1996. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Judy Jean Moler and a grandson, Kris Moler.

Survivors include: 3 sons, George Keith Bates, Cimarron and Charles Robert Bates and Paul Douglas Bates both of San Diego, California; her son-in-law, Sam Moler, Salina; 9 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren and 1 great great great grandchild.

Private services are planned. The will be no public viewing, cremation has taken place. Inurnment will be in Ft.Rosecrans National Cemetery, San Diego, California.

The family suggests memorials to the First Christian Church, Cimarron, in care of Ziegler-Funeral Chapel, P.O.Box 446, Cimarron,Ks.67835.
