Kathryn Bates Woodvine, 54, a former resident of Idaho Falls, died May 24, 2002, at her home in Bothell, Wash.She was born March 26, 1948, in Idaho Falls to Orvin and Reta Summers Bates. She grew up and attended schools in the Idaho Falls area and graduated from Idaho Falls High School in 1966.On June 6, 1969, she married Lynn Woodvine in Idaho Falls. They moved to the Seattle area and have lived there since.Survivors include her husband, Lynn Woodvine of Bothell, Wash.; a son, Jeffrey Woodvine of Seattle; a brother, Daryl (Janet) Bates of Pleasant Grove, Utah; and a sister, Gayla (Lance) Harpel of Silverdale, Wash. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Verl.Funeral services were held May 28 in Lynnwood, Wash.
