"Falconer - Mrs Stella Lamb, 74, of 33 Park Avenue, widow of William Lamb, died Friday in her home following an illness of some three years.
"She was born September 4, 1879 in this city, the daughter of Edward and Elizabeth Farrell Hill and had lived in this area all her life.
"Mrs. Lamb was a member of the the Falconer Eastern Star Chapter and the Golden Age Society.
"Surviving are a son, James E. Gowan, Bemus Point; a daughter, Mrs. Anna Stark[Start], Falconer; a sister, Mrs. Frank David, Jacksonville, Fla; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
"Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. Monday from the Boyd Funeral Home, the Rev. Loyal H. Wiemer, pastor, Falconer Baptist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Pine Hill Cemetery, Falconer."
