Albert Lee Scipper, 65, of 6099 Whitehead in Southaven, retired building engineer and bus driver for the Shrine School for Crippled Children, died yesterday morning at Memphis Veterans Hospital after a long illness. Services will be at 2 p.m. tomorrow at Memphis Funeral Home on Union with burial in Forest Hill Cemetery Midtown. He leaves his wife, Mrs. Amber Scipper; a son, Albert Scipper Jr., and a daughter, Miss Evelyn Scipper, both of Southaven; a brother, Eddie Scipper of Baker, Ore.; a sister, Mrs. Claudia Ruiz of Hollywood, Calif., two-half brothers, Henry Scipper of Leesburg, Ga. and Wess Scipper of Sledge, Miss., and three grandchildren.
