Veteran of Vietnam War, was drafted in the U.S. Army, served for 2 years and received the expert rifle badge. Ratliff, Madisonville, Son & daughter-in-law, Jim & Edna Ratliff, Madisonville, Step-son, Tony Smitherman, Sevierville, Grandchildren, John, Mark & David Ratliff, Michael & Rosie Richardson, 1 great-granddaughter expected in November, Mother & step-father, Freda & Hubert Kinser, Madisonville, Sister, Della Wilson, Battle Creek, Mich., Several nieces & nephews.
